Are you planning your Ayurveda holiday and still have a couple of questions? We have summarised the most important information for your upcoming holiday in Tyrol.

Book your holiday online, or contact us by mail, phone, or fax. Your reservation is binding when the hotel confirms your booking.

Your room is ready for you from 3 p.m. You can reach us easily by car, train, or plane. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11 a.m. Early check-in is possible for an extra charge of 50.00 euros per person, late check-out for an extra charge of 50.00 euros per person (depending on availability).

The rates include the ¾ pampering board plus local tax and charges (only in summer). Other board types are not available.

For 15.00 euros per day and vehicle you can book a parking space in our garage. Free parking is available in the surroundings of Traumhotel Alpina. Directly in front of the hotel, you’ll find a charging station for your electric car (subject to a fee). For safety reasons, we kindly ask you not to park electric cars in the garage.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire hotel area.

All rooms as well as all indoor premises of the hotel are non-smoking areas.

Traumhotel Alpina is an adults-only hotel, where young people aged 12 and over are allowed. However, at Christmas, on New Year’s Eve, and during Carnival time, we gladly make an exception and also warmly welcome families.
This means: From 20.12.2024 to 06.01.2025 and from 02.02.2025 to 09.03.2025, our doors will also be open to families with children!

All rooms and all areas of the hotel are wheelchair accessible.

We accept contactless means of payment (VISA, MAESTRO, Mastercard, American Express) as well as cash payments at the reception. A deposit is not required.

Pets are welcome at our hotel. However, we ask for your understanding that they are not allowed in the restaurant or the spa area. We charge a fee of €30.00 per day as well as €75.00 for the final cleaning.

Yoga lessons with certified yoga teachers are offered twice per day (at 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.) in summer and once per day (8 a.m.) in winter. Yoga mats, blankets, and blocks are available of course. Private lessons can be booked at any time.

Both international and Ayurvedic cuisine is offered in the restaurant.

Traumhotel Alpina is located directly at the Isskogelbahn valley station (150m). Our winter guests enjoy a 10% discount on the ski and snowboard rental at selected ski depots in Gerlos.

We do not offer a private shuttle service, but are happy to organise a taxi for your arrival and departure.

Ayurveda holiday at Traumhotel Alpina: FAQs

For all guests who have already booked their holiday, and for all those interested in spending a holiday at Traumhotel Alpina, the following cancellation conditions apply throughout the year:

Summer season

Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance of your arrival date will incur no charge.
Cancellations made within 6 days of your arrival date will be charged 70% of the total cost of your stay.
Cancellations made on the day of arrival or for no-shows will be charged 100% of the total cost of your stay.
Early departures and no-shows will also be charged 100% of the remaining cost of your stay.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Winter season

Cancellations made at least 30 days in advance of your arrival date will incur no charge.
Cancellations made between 30 and 7 days of your arrival date will be charged 70% of the total cost of your stay.
Cancellations made within 7 days of your arrival date or for no-shows will be charged 100% of the total cost of your stay.
Early departures and no-shows will also be charged 100% of the remaining cost of your stay.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
