Infrared sauna with brine: The heat from the full-spectrum infrared heaters has a targeted and deep-acting effect on muscles and joints and is particularly gentle on your circulation.

Clay sauna: The clay sauna offers a wonderfully pleasant indoor climate. At around 45% humidity and up to 65°C, you can relax your body and soul, boost circulation, and strengthen the immune system.

Finnish sauna. It is the heart of our sauna area. Temperatures of up to 100°C and regular infusions guarantee a premium wellness experience.

Outdoor plunge pool: Dive into refreshing water! The cold plunge pool perfectly complements your sauna session.

On 1,000m² our pool landscape with counter-current system, water jets, and 35°C warm whirl grotto invites you to relax – ideal for a yoga wellness weekend in the mountains. The comfortable relaxation and massage loungers are the perfect place to unwind after a training session. The gym on 60m² awaits you with state-of-the-art fitness equipment for an optimal total body workout: treadmill, cross-trainer, exercise bike, dumbbells, and weights. Afterwards you can bring your mind back into perfect harmony with meditation in your wellness hotel.
